ABOUT US

A Holistic Career Philosophy

A career doesn’t have to be a boring JOB! At DiscoverU, we firmly believe that when you enjoy the work you do, you find happiness, satisfaction, and success in your career. We go to great lengths to understand individuals’ interests and help them align career options to their job personalities.

Our certified career coaches use a holistic approach to careers – we take into account  your unique background, interests, strengths, talents, and personality traits to help you discover a career that makes you happy.

Ikigai is a Japanese concept that roughly translates to ‘a reason for being’. For us, a career is far more than just a means to earn money – it’s a reason to get out of bed each morning!

Our goal is to help you merge your passions with your talents, and build a happy and meaningful career out of it. Because when you are passionate about the work you do, it gives you motivation to persist, which leads to higher levels of success and satisfaction.

We Help You Find Your IKIGAI
